• What is the culture of the office like?

  We are a highly collaborative, supportive and productive team. All our offices have an open-plan office environment. 

• How is the company structured?

  We have a flat, collaborative structure with regular access to senior management. We also encourage working with various teams from different locations on a regular basis.

• What is the size of CMSPI?

  We currently have 66 employees and we are growing rapidly. The majority of our team is based in Manchester, England with around 18 employees based in Atlanta, Georgia.

• What is the reason for CMSPI's rapid growth?

  Our clients are growing immensely, and the complexity and size of our projects are also increasing. Our biggest asset is the knowledge and expertise of our people so we require more resource and talented teams to deliver our projects globally. 

• What is an ideal CMSPI person?

  Our teams carry a strong entrepreneurial spirit – always going above and beyond and never settle for the status quo. We are naturally curious, professional problem-solvers and an eagerness to learn consistently.

• ​What training will you receive?

  All new starters will receive a 6-month training programme and development plan. There are also departmental training and possible external qualifications further down the line depending on the individual’s performance and goals.
  

• What will your career progression look like?

  Everyone at CMSPI has the opportunity to progress. We encourage all employees to develop their own career path with the opportunities to become subject matter experts or become leader of teams.

• How much travel will be involved in your role?

  The amount of travelling will depend on your role. If you are part of our project delivery team, you'll be expected to travel regularly. Global positions will also see more travelling opportunities than others.

• What does a typical day at CMSPI look like?

  There's no typical day at CMSPI, which makes our day-to-day exciting with different interesting tasks. As a fast growing company, we are constantly evolving and committed to making improvements.
