Reporting to: Global Talent Manager (based in Manchester, UK)

Location: Role based in Atlanta, Georgia - currently with the ability to work remotely

CMSPI's North American team has experienced growth of 150%+ and there are no signs of us slowing down working with clients including Nike, Chevron, Gap Inc, McDonald’s restaurants, to name a few. Due to this growth, CMSPI's Global Talent Management team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of all North American recruitment.

The new Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with our Global Talent Manager to ensure key North American recruitment objectives are met, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, utilize multiple sourcing strategies to find the best talent, and be committed to creating the best candidate experience. We are an award-winning and fast-growing consultancy, at a rate of 30%+ year on year this is a testament to the fantastic people that make up our business, so the continued recruitment of brilliant talent will be integral to the expansion of our business. 

You will have the opportunity to work with every team in our business (Analysts, Consultants, Data, Marketing, Economics etc.), no two days will ever be the same and you will enjoy being an ambassador for CMSPI’s excellent working culture and the development opportunities we offer new employees. Normal working hours will be 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday, however, given the nature of the role working outside these hours may be necessary at times.


What will you be doing...

JOB ROLE:

Our next successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will be involved in, and take ownership of, the following activities in North America:

  • Taking job briefs from hiring managers and teams to define job specifications, get an in-depth understanding of the role and the success factors of new hires in their teams.
  • Creating and maintaining all job specifications and online postings
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to fill sometimes hard-to-fill positions, including headhunting on LinkedIn, recruitment events and managing relationships with trusted staffing agency partners.
  • Conduct all introductory telephone screening interviews to give all potential candidates the background and culture of CMSPI, information about the role and identify their suitability.
  • Full autonomy to decide candidate suitability against the job profile and decision to progress through the recruitment process, to provide hiring managers with the most qualified applicants.
  • Maintenance and management of ATS (Teamtailor) including accurate candidate notes and all candidate correspondence. 
  • Scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers, this will be supported by our Office Manager.
  • Communication of all interview details to candidates and interview panels, to ensure everyone is prepared ahead of scheduled interviews.
  • Facilitation and active participation in 1st stage face to face interviews, currently all online via Microsoft Teams.
  • Collating all feedback from managers to maintain momentum in the recruitment process and update candidates in a timely manner.
  • Play an integral role in attracting the best talent for our global Graduate Academy, including attending career events when needed and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires and some support in operational HR tasks on a as needed basis.
 What we are looking for...

REQUIRED:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience working in either a recruitment/ staffing agency or as an in-house recruiter.
  • Familiar with filling job requisitions for professional services, technology, or high growth start-ups.
  • Previous experience of managing 4-5 job vacancies at any one time.
  • Educated to undergraduate degree level with an overall GPA of 3.3 or higher.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly detail orientated and with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales and/or negotiation experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • Performance focused with a strong drive and motivation to succeed.
  • Excellent written & verbal skills and professional experience using Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm in creating the best candidate experience.
