Our Sales & Business Development department consists of a variety of roles including: CRM, lead generation, field sales and contract management. Our lead generators engage with potential clients through email campaigns, direct emails, and in some cases, phone calls. Their main goal is to understand merchants' key issues and to translate those concerns into sales opportunities for our field sales team.
Our Field Sales department is responsible for driving our revenue growth and for further expanding our geographical footprint. They attend meetings, host calls, and are responsible for finding out how CMSPI can help our potential clients.
They are supported by our CRM and contract management team, who make sure our business has the data and accurate information they need to approach the right prospects, and the expertise to implement favourable contracts for CMSPI and our clients.
