Graduate Academy

The CMSPI Graduate Academy is a comprehensive training and development programme for our graduate recruits. All new recruits complete extensive inter-departmental training to make sure they understand each business function and how the wider business relates to their role. Grad Academy participants spend time in a rotation of our commercial departments including; Data Analytics, Consultancy, Marketing, Business Development; and Economics. This gives our recruits the opportunity to fully understand CMSPI, as well as explore how their unique skill-set and career ambitions fit within our wider business.
